Returns and Refund Policy


Personalised items cannot be returned unless it is faulty and proof is shown.

If you wish to return an item that is faulty, please email us first with a description and photograph of the issue.

Replacements that are issued for the original order cannot be amended.

We do not accept returns of items that have been incorrectly ordered or are no longer required.

Time

Any requests for returns or refunds must be made within 7 days from the date it was delivered.

Method of Refund

Any refunds will be made via the same method of payment used.

Product Condition

Any returns must be unopened and in perfect condition
